Resolver Commercial Services was founded in 2022 by JD Torres, an entrepreneur whose ventures span construction, security, and property services across North Texas. JD's approach has never been about chasing trends. It's about anticipating what businesses will need next, then building the team and structure to deliver it.
Resolver's own start was anything but corporate. Long before it had a name, it started with JD showing up to solve real problems for real people. In one case, that meant a hands-on relationship that began with a vendor delivering wall materials and ended with that same person building out the walls of the company's own office. That's the throughline in how Resolver was built: less about chasing scale, more about proving reliability on every job, one relationship at a time.
Since launching, Resolver has grown from a small crew into a regional force, but the standard hasn't changed.
